Shipping policy

We offer Australia-wide and international shipping on all LTDD products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Processing Times: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery Times: Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and freight provider. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or confirmed via email. Freight & Packaging: Due to the size and nature of our bonnet kits, all orders are shipped via freight carriers. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged with reinforced protection prior to dispatch. Local FNQ Orders: For customers in Cairns and Far North Queensland, local pickup, painting, and installation options may be available upon request. Product Finish: All Australia-wide orders are supplied raw/primed and ready for paint. Tracking: Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. ---
Damaged in Transit All LTDD products are thoroughly checked and securely packaged before leaving our facility. Once dispatched, items are handled by third-party freight carriers and are no longer under LTDD’s control. Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To lodge a claim, you must provide: • Clear photos of the packaging before opening • Photos of the damage • Any visible damage to the outer packaging or crate Failure to provide this information may affect or void the claim. Signing for delivery without noting visible damage may limit the ability to lodge a freight claim. LTDD does not accept liability for damage caused during transit. However, we will assist in lodging and managing a claim with the freight provider. All outcomes (repair, replacement, or compensation) are subject to the freight company’s assessment and approval. ---
