By purchasing from Livin’ The Dream Downunder (LTDD), you agree to the following terms:

Products:
All products are designed for specific vehicle models. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility prior to purchase.

Orders:
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. LTDD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Shipping:
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and freight provider. LTDD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Damaged Goods:
All items are carefully packaged prior to dispatch. Once shipped, items are handled by third-party freight companies.

Customers must notify LTDD within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged and provide required evidence.

LTDD will assist in lodging a claim with the freight provider. Outcomes are subject to the carrier’s assessment.

Returns & Refunds:
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If a product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Installation:
Professional installation is recommended. LTDD is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation. Contact us for further assistance/information regarding installs - we are happy to help.

Product Finish:
All Australia-wide orders are supplied raw/primed and ready for paint unless otherwise arranged.  
Painting services may be available for FNQ customers upon request.

Liability:
LTDD is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use or installation of our products.
